Job Description

We are hiring a Record to Report (RTR) Analyst to support end-to-end financial accounting operations, including General Ledger accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, month-end close activities, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SAP/SAP S4 HANA, strong accounting knowledge, and the ability to deliver accurate financial results within SLA timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform General Ledger accounting and month-end close activities.

• Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.

• Support fixed asset accounting and internal order creation.

• Process financial transactions and ensure accounting accuracy.

• Maintain reporting, query logs, and reconciliation records.

• Support system testing (UAT) and process improvements.

• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, quality standards, and turnaround times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Postgraduate in Accountancy.

• CA / CMA (ICWA) / CPA / CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred.

• Minimum 15 years of regular full-time education (10+2+3).

• 2–8 years of experience in RTR, General Ledger, or Finance & Accounting operations.
