About the Role

We are hiring Procurement Team Members with hands-on experience in sourcing and procurement operations. The role involves managing end-to-end procurement activities, supporting spot buying, processing purchase requisitions and purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers and stakeholders, and ensuring timely procurement while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement transactions from requisition to purchase order processing.

• Support sourcing activities and spot-buy requirements.

• Process Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), amendments, confirmations, and expediting activities.

• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely procurement execution.

• Resolve procurement-related queries through procurement helpdesk support.

• Conduct supplier quotation analysis and recommend cost-effective sourcing solutions.

• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and maintain accurate procurement records.

• Work with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle for procurement transactions.

Qualifications

• 1–10 years of experience in sourcing and transactional procurement.

• Experience in direct and indirect materials procurement.

• Hands-on experience in PR processing, PO creation, PO amendments, PO confirmations, expediting, and supplier query resolution.

• Experience in spot buying, RFQs, quotation analysis, and sourcing recommendations.

• Working knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.

• Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills.

Eligibility (Non-Negotiable)

• Relevant experience in procurement and sourcing operations is mandatory.

• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems is required.

• PAN and Date of Birth (DOB) are mandatory for profile creation.
