Job Description

We are looking for a Real Estate Sourcing Specialist to support sourcing and procurement activities for real estate and workplace-related categories. The role involves coordinating sourcing events, managing supplier interactions, maintaining contract documentation, analyzing commercial data, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute sourcing activities for real estate and facilities-related categories.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather project scope, technical requirements, service levels, and budget details.

• Support supplier onboarding, contract documentation, approvals, and compliance checks.

• Maintain sourcing records, supplier databases, commercial documentation, and contract trackers.

• Monitor contract renewals, supplier commitments, and service performance to ensure business continuity.

• Analyze spend, pricing, and supplier performance data to identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Assist in supplier negotiations, review meetings, and resolution of service-related issues.

• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Facilities teams to resolve sourcing, invoicing, and contract administration issues.

• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, documentation standards, approval workflows, and audit requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Supply Chain, Commerce, Finance, Facilities Management, or a related field.

• 2–7 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, facilities procurement, workplace services, real estate operations, or related commercial roles.

• Strong knowledge of sourcing processes, supplier management, and contract administration.

• Experience in commercial analysis, spend analysis, and procurement reporting.

• Good stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement or ERP systems is preferred.
