Role Overview

TCS is looking for an experienced Real Estate Sourcing Manager / Assistant Manager to lead strategic sourcing and commercial management for real estate and workplace-related categories. The role involves procurement strategy, supplier governance, contract management, lease negotiations, facilities procurement, stakeholder management, and cost optimization while ensuring compliance and operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for real estate and workplace categories.

• Lead procurement for leased properties, facilities management, fit-outs, maintenance, utilities, and workplace services.

• Conduct supplier identification, RFx events, commercial evaluations, negotiations, and supplier selection.

• Manage contract negotiations and supplier governance activities.

• Collaborate with Facilities, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Workplace Services teams.

• Support site selection, lease negotiations, and commercial discussions.

• Monitor supplier performance and SLA compliance.

• Drive savings, cost optimization, and value realization initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, delegated authority, and audit requirements.

• Lead supplier performance reviews and resolve vendor issues.

• Mentor team members and standardize sourcing processes and reporting.
