What You'll Do

• Process Purchase Orders (POs), including creation, amendments, and closures with a high level of accuracy.

• Ensure all procurement activities are completed within agreed SLAs, quality standards, and company policies.

• Coordinate with business users, procurement teams, vendors, and Accounts Payable (AP) teams to resolve PO-related queries.

• Manage stakeholder communication independently, providing timely updates and issue resolution.

• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.

• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, approval workflows, and audit requirements.

• Maintain accurate documentation, trackers, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize procurement processes.

What We're Looking For

• 2–7 years of experience in Procurement, Purchase Order Processing, or Procure-to-Pay (P2P).

• 3–5 years of hands-on Procurement/P2P experience is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Purchase Order (PO) processing and procurement workflows.

• Experience with SAP, JD Edwards (JDE), or similar ERP systems.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.

• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to work.

• Willingness to work ANZ shifts and from the office 5 days a week.
