About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchase Order Processing Team Member to support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations. In this role, you will be responsible for Purchase Order (PO) creation, amendments, processing, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to SLAs. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

2–7 years of overall experience, with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Procurement, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), or Purchase Order Processing.

Strong experience in Purchase Order (PO) creation, amendments, closures, and end-to-end PO lifecycle management.

Hands-on experience with SAP ERP, JDE (JD Edwards), or similar ERP systems.

Good understanding of procurement policies, approvals, audit compliance, and SLA management.

Experience coordinating with business users, procurement teams, vendors, and Accounts Payable (AP) teams.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management abilities.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and time management skills.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive process improvements.

Willing to work ANZ Shift (4:00–5:00 AM) and work onsite five days a week.
