Hiring: Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Analyst

Location: Chennai
Experience: 5–10 years
Salary: Up to ₹12 LPA
Band: BPO 3/4
Shift: Flexible to work rotational/night shifts

Education:

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field

Must-Have Skills:

• Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)

• Third-party risk analysis

• Supplier/Third-party due diligence

• SOC 2 controls and compliance

• Risk Management

• Experience with ERP and TPRM tools

• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Good to Have:

• Vendor Management

• Vendor Qualification

• Legal/Paralegal certification

• Knowledge of international contracts and regulatory requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and assess third-party risks and conduct impact assessments

• Classify third parties into High/Medium/Low risk categories

• Conduct third-party due diligence and track risk mitigation activities

• Work with leading TPRM tools and maintain risk databases/repositories

• Collaborate with Procurement and Business stakeholders on risk mitigation strategies

• Ensure third parties comply with TPRM requirements and internal policies

• Identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies

• Prepare reports on due diligence status, risk levels and mitigation plans

• Maintain accurate documentation, records and audit trails

• Act as a point of contact for TPRM-related queries
