Key Responsibilities

• Provide Portuguese language support for procurement operations.
• Read, interpret, and communicate business and process-related information in Portuguese.
• Process procurement requests while meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Perform due diligence and validation of Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Shopping Cart (SC) requests.
• Support Purchase Order (PO) creation and procurement activities.
• Monitor productivity and ensure quality compliance.
• Resolve stakeholder queries and follow up on pending requests.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders, including attending business calls when required.
• Follow standard operating procedures and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.

Requirements

2–5 years of relevant experience

Proficiency in Portuguese (reading, writing, and communication)

Basic knowledge of:

• Procurement Operations
• Supply Chain Operations
• Purchase Requisition (PR) and Shopping Cart (SC) processing
• Purchase Order (PO) support

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to meet productivity and quality targets

Willingness to work rotational night shifts:

• 5:00 PM – 2:30 AM
• 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
