Job Description

We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert – CA/CFA with strong expertise in capital markets, financial statement analysis, and trade lifecycle processes. The role involves performing advanced financial analysis, guiding teams across capital market workflows, supporting process improvement and change management, and partnering with product owners on functional requirements and documentation. The candidate should have strong problem-solving and communication skills, along with an understanding of Lean Six Sigma/Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret financial performance and profitability through ratio, trend, and comparative financial analysis.

• Guide teams through the end-to-end trade lifecycle, including order initiation, execution, matching, settlement, confirmation, clearing, and reconciliations.

• Support change management, training plans, and performance management activities such as daily huddles and root-cause analysis.

• Partner with product owners to define functional requirements and review BRDs, functional specifications, and system design documents.

• Ensure alignment of processes and documentation with capital market workflows and best practices.

• Participate in process improvement initiatives and implement recommendations to simplify complex processes.

• Drive day-to-day problem solving and query management to support service-level commitments.

• Provide subject-matter leadership in defining, reviewing, and maintaining SOPs and quality reports.
