Hiring: Procurement and Vendor Master Lead

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Procurement and Vendor Master Lead with expertise in transactional procurement, vendor management, SAP, and ERP systems. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, communication, and people management skills, with experience in managing procurement operations while ensuring SLA adherence.

Key Skills

• 5–10 years of experience in Transactional Procurement & Vendor Management

• Strong knowledge of Procurement Operations

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)

• Good knowledge of MS Office

• People Management experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Key Responsibilities

• Validate purchase requisitions and convert them into Purchase Orders (POs)

• Generate and maintain standard procurement reports

• Resolve queries from requesters and suppliers

• Follow up for Purchase Requisition (PR) and PO approvals

• Ensure PO confirmations and expediting

• Communicate daily with buyers, requesters, and suppliers via email and phone

• Validate approvals and checklists before dispatching POs

• Process PO amendments after stakeholder approval

• Identify and resolve procurement exceptions

• Prepare reports and escalate issues when required

• Maintain quality, accuracy, TAT, and SLA compliance
