We are seeking a Six Sigma Black Belt professional to lead payroll process improvement initiatives. The role focuses on enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in payroll operations using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement projects using DMAIC to streamline payroll operations, reduce errors, and shorten cycle times

• Analyze payroll data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement

• Develop and implement SOPs, process documentation, and training programs

• Collaborate with IT to integrate automation tools and software solutions for payroll efficiency

• Ensure compliance with policies, tax laws, and labor regulations; conduct audits and risk assessments

• Mentor payroll team members on Six Sigma tools and foster continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, HR, or related field; Master’s preferred

• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB)

• 5+ years of experience in payroll process improvement

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Proficiency in Minitab, Excel, and payroll systems
