OTC – Assistant Manager – Pricing

Job Description

We are looking for an OTC – Assistant Manager – Pricing with strong experience in Pricing, Commercial Finance, FP&A, Contracting, and BPS. The role involves developing and optimizing pricing strategies, supporting commercial deals, and partnering with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Contracting teams to deliver profitable and competitive pricing solutions.

Education

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3)

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

Must-Have Skills

• BPS, Pricing & Contracting

• 7–8 years of experience in Pricing / Commercial Finance / FP&A / Contracting

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

• Good understanding of P&L, cost structures, and margin optimization

• Advanced MS Excel skills

• Understanding of pricing strategies

• ERP exposure – SAP, Oracle, or equivalent

• Experience in global/client-facing environments preferred

• Ability to manage multiple deals and work under deadlines

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and optimize pricing strategies

• Support RFQ/RFP responses and commercial deal structuring

• Perform financial analysis, pricing assessments, and margin analysis

• Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Contracting teams

• Ensure pricing and contract governance

• Conduct market and competitive analysis

• Prepare pricing reports and management dashboards

• Support revenue growth, profitability, and competitive positioning
