International Voice Process Executive

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
Salary: Up to ₹7 LPA

We are looking for experienced professionals with a background in the International Voice Process who possess excellent English communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer interactions via voice.

• Resolve customer queries related to subscriptions, billing, account access, software installation, and technical support.

• Deliver excellent customer service while identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

• Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely resolutions.

• Meet operational KPIs and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate (Mandatory).

• Minimum experience in an International Voice Process.

• Excellent English communication skills (B2/C1 level preferred).

• Experience in customer support, cross-selling, or upselling.

• Immediate joiner.

• Willing to work from the Hyderabad office in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting Windows, macOS, iOS, or Android environments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced customer support environment.
