Job Title: International HR Team Lead | HR Operations

Location: Mumbai | Band: BPO 5 | Salary: Up to ₹16 LPA

We are seeking a dynamic Team Lead to manage our International HR Services team. This role involves leading a team of HR Services Associates, ensuring smooth delivery of HR operations across multiple international regions, and fostering a culture of service excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR Services Associates and other HR operations staff

• Conduct 1:1s, set goals, provide feedback, and manage performance

• Oversee workforce planning, shift scheduling, and ensure coverage for 24x7 operations

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes in Workday and ServiceNow

• Review and approve HR letters, documentation, and compensation changes

• Ensure compliance with HR policies, audits, and data privacy standards

• Act as escalation point for complex HR queries from employees and managers

• Drive audits, monitor KPIs/SLAs, and lead process improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (Graduation compulsory)

• 6+ years in HR Operations / Shared Services, with 2+ years in a team lead role

• Strong Workday and ServiceNow experience

• Excellent English communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and attention to detail

• Flexible to work 24x7 shifts and extended hours

• Advantage: experience automating HR processes with Python
