Job Description:

TCS is hiring for the role of HR Operations Associate – German Language Support. This position involves supporting HR operations within the Hire to Retire (HRO) process while handling communication in the German language. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end HR Operations / Hire to Retire (HRO) activities

• Handle communication and documentation in German language

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for HR process execution

• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of operational tasks

• Use MS Office tools for reporting and documentation

• Maintain compliance with process guidelines and quality standards

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in German (speaking and writing)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic understanding of HR Operations / HRO processes

• Working knowledge of MS Office

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 15 years of education (10 + 2 + 3)

• Graduation is mandatory

• B2 / C1 level German language certification required

• Open to candidates from any domain/background
