Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Delivery Lead – L&D with strong expertise in Learning & Development operations, HR Shared Services, and global HR service delivery.

The candidate must have German language proficiency at B2.2/C1 level or above, along with experience in BPS Service Operations / Service Management reporting, contract management, and SLA/KPI reporting.

The role involves leading global HR delivery operations, driving L&D transformation, managing senior client stakeholders, and ensuring operational, financial, and service delivery excellence.

Must-Have Requirements

• German language proficiency at B2.2/C1 level or above.

• Experience in BPS Service Operations / Service Management reporting.

• Strong experience in contract management and SLA/KPI reporting.

• 16–18 years of progressive experience in HRO, HR Shared Services, or Global Business Services.

• Experience leading large-scale, multi-location and multicultural global delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Leadership

• Lead end-to-end HR Shared Services delivery across global Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes.

• Ensure achievement of service levels, operational targets, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.

• Establish robust governance frameworks to drive operational excellence and accountability.

Learning & Development Leadership

• Lead global Learning & Development operations and service delivery.

• Drive capability development, training readiness, and talent development initiatives.

• Ensure L&D services meet agreed SLAs, KPIs, quality standards, and customer requirements.

• Identify opportunities to improve learning processes, employee experience, and operational efficiency.

Customer & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary delivery leader for customer engagements.

• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and position the organization as a strategic HR transformation partner.

• Lead governance reviews, performance reporting, business insights, and continuous improvement discussions.

• Manage executive-level communication, presentations, negotiations, and stakeholder interactions.

Transformation & Technology

• Drive HR transformation, service modernization, process standardization, and operational excellence.

• Develop and execute strategies involving Automation, Analytics, AI, RPA, and Agentic AI.

• Leverage HR technology platforms including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and ServiceNow HRSD.

• Drive process simplification, standardization, digitization, and cognitive HR operations.

Workforce & Talent Leadership

• Own workforce planning, staffing strategy, capability development, succession planning, and talent management.

• Ensure timely onboarding, training, and readiness of delivery teams.

• Lead multi-location and multicultural teams effectively.

Financial & Commercial Accountability

• Manage account-level financial performance, revenue realization, margins, productivity, and cost optimization.

• Identify opportunities for account expansion, service transformation, and value creation.

Risk, Compliance & Governance

• Ensure compliance with customer contractual commitments, SLAs, governance standards, audit requirements, data privacy regulations, and HR policies.

• Identify and mitigate operational risks.

• Drive continuous process and control improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 16–18 years of relevant professional experience.

• German language proficiency at B2.2/C1 or above.

• Strong experience in Learning & Development Operations.

• Experience in HR Outsourcing (HRO), HR Shared Services, or Global Business Services.

• Strong knowledge of Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes.

• Experience in Service Delivery Management, SLA/KPI Management, Contract Management, and Service Management Reporting.

• Strong client management and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making abilities.

• Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or ServiceNow HRSD is preferred.

• Exposure to HR Analytics, Automation, AI, RPA, and Agentic AI is preferred.

• HR Analytics, Data Analytics, AI, Automation, or RPA certifications are preferred.
