Drive Category Strategy, Savings and Supplier Performance

We're looking for an experienced Category Manager to lead category strategy, strategic sourcing, supplier management, and procurement analytics. The role focuses on spend analysis, market intelligence, TCO, negotiations, cost savings, supplier performance, and procurement transformation to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Category Management, Strategic Sourcing, or Procurement

• Strong sourcing and procurement analytics experience with Excel and Power BI

• Knowledge of Kraljic Matrix, TCO, spend analysis, market analysis, bid evaluation, and cost structures

• Experience with supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, risk management, and stakeholder management

• Hands-on exposure to SAP, Ariba, Oracle, Coupa, or similar ERP/procurement platforms

• Strong understanding of procurement governance and contract management

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related discipline

• CPSM/CIPS certification is an advantage

Eligibility

• Location: Chennai

• Experience: 8–10 years

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education

• PAN and DOB are required for profile creation
