We are hiring a Workforce Administration (WFA) Processor to support Employee Data Management and Hire to Retire (H2R) operations. If you have experience in Workforce Administration, Payroll Transactions, and HR Operations, we’d love to hear from you.

Salary: ₹6–7 LPA

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
* 2+ years of overall work experience with at least 1 year of experience in Employee Data Management or Workforce Administration
* Experience handling simple and medium-complexity payroll transactions within the Hire to Retire (H2R) process
* Experience supporting Workforce Administration and HR back-office operations
* Ability to coordinate effectively with upstream and downstream stakeholders
* Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors Employee Central, and/or Kronos is preferred
* Awareness of country-specific payroll and employment regulations is an advantage
* Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities

* Manage Workforce Administration and Employee Data Management activities
* Process employee lifecycle transactions within the Hire to Retire (H2R) process
* Handle simple and medium-complexity payroll transactions accurately and within defined timelines
* Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues
* Support HR operations while ensuring compliance with established processes
* Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
