Job Title: Procurement Operations – Italian Resource

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide Italian language support for procurement operations.

• Process Purchase Requisitions (PR), Shopping Carts (SC), and support Purchase Order (PO) creation.

• Perform due diligence, validation checks, and ensure SLA compliance.

• Process procurement requests accurately and within agreed timelines.

• Support procurement and supply chain operations.

• Conduct quality checks and follow up on open items for timely resolution.

• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including Italian-speaking clients.

• Participate in client meetings and business calls as required.

• Identify and support process improvement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and company policies.

Eligibility:

• Italian language proficiency (Mandatory).

• 2–5 years of experience in Procurement Operations or Supply Chain Operations.

• Basic knowledge of Procurement and Supply Chain processes.

• Experience with PR/SC processing and Purchase Order (PO) creation.

• Good understanding of customer quality and productivity expectations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to work rotational night shifts.
