German Language Processor Lead (HRO + German)

We are looking for an experienced German Language Processor Lead to join a global HR Shared Services team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in Hire-to-Retire (H2R) operations, HR service delivery, and German language support.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR support for German-speaking employees.
• Manage end-to-end Hire-to-Retire (H2R) operations.
• Process onboarding, employee lifecycle changes, leave administration, and offboarding activities.
• Support HR systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or ServiceNow.
• Partner with global HR teams to deliver excellent employee support.
• Mentor HR Operations team members and drive continuous process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
  
  8–10 years of HR Shared Services or HR Operations experience.
• German language proficiency (B2/C1 or above).
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience with Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes.
• Hands-on experience with Workday, ServiceNow, or SuccessFactors.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Salary: ₹11–12 LPA
