Role Overview

TCS is hiring HRO Learning & Development professionals with German language proficiency to support global HR Learning & Development operations. The role involves coordinating training programs, managing learning administration, maintaining training records, handling stakeholder communication in German and English, and ensuring smooth execution of learning activities while adhering to quality standards and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end Learning & Development operations within the HRO environment.

• Coordinate training schedules, learning events, and stakeholder communication.

• Manage training nominations, learning records, completion tracking, and documentation.

• Support employees, managers, vendors, and internal stakeholders throughout learning activities.

• Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and training-related documentation.

• Resolve learner queries and provide timely support.

• Ensure compliance with SLAs, quality standards, and organizational processes.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives within Learning Administration.

• Maintain accurate records within HR systems and learning platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in HRO, HR Operations, Learning & Development, Shared Services, or Back-office Operations.

• German Language Proficiency (B1/B2 Certification Mandatory).

• Good communication skills in German and English.

• Basic understanding of HR Operations or Learning & Development processes.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Strong coordination, documentation, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
