Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced German Language Processor Lead (HRO + German) to lead end-to-end Hire-to-Retire (H2R) HR operations for global clients. The ideal candidate should have strong HR Shared Services experience, German language proficiency, and hands-on expertise in HRIS platforms such as Workday.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Tier-1 & Tier-2 HR support for German-speaking employees.

• Manage end-to-end Hire-to-Retire (H2R) operations including onboarding, employee data management, transfers, promotions, leave administration, and offboarding.

• Handle HR processes related to Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Recruiting, Performance Management, and Employee Relations.

• Ensure SLA, TAT, and quality compliance while resolving complex HR cases.

• Lead Learning Operations and coordinate training programs.

• Mentor team members and collaborate with global HR stakeholders.

• Maintain employee data accuracy and ensure GDPR compliance.

• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational excellence.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.

• 8–10 years of HR Shared Services / HR Operations experience.

• German language proficiency (B2/C1 or above).

• Strong experience in Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes.

• Hands-on experience with Workday HCM, ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, or similar HRIS.

• Experience supporting global clients.

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading HR Operations/HRO teams.

• Exposure to Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and Learning Operations.

• Lean Six Sigma/Continuous Improvement certification.

• Workday HCM and/or Goethe German certification.
