About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Data Engineer with expertise in designing scalable data pipelines, cloud-based data engineering, ETL/ELT development, and large-scale data integration. If you're passionate about transforming raw data into meaningful insights while working with modern cloud technologies, we'd love to hear from you.

Experience Required

• 8+ years of overall IT experience

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering

• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines for heterogeneous data sources

• Experience with enterprise-level data integration and cloud deployment

Mandatory Skills

• Python and/or R Programming

• SQL & NoSQL Databases

• Cloud Platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

• Apache Spark (Databricks)

• ETL & ELT Development

• Data Warehousing & Data Lakes (Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, etc.)

• GitHub / GitLab

• Jenkins

• XML, JSON & REST APIs

• Data Pipeline Deployment on Cloud

• Structured & Unstructured Data Processing

Preferred Skills

• Hadoop

• R Shiny

• Python App Development

• Agile Methodologies

• Data Visualization

• Python or R Certification

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in:

  • Computer Science

  • Statistics

  • Mathematics

  • Biostatistics

  • Biology

  • Health-related disciplines

  • Or equivalent relevant experience

Graduation is Mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines.

• Build ETL/ELT workflows for enterprise data integration.

• Develop cloud-based data engineering solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Build and optimize data lakes and data warehouses.

• Process structured and unstructured datasets efficiently.

• Implement data quality, validation, and integrity checks.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and clinical data teams.

• Automate manual data processes and improve pipeline performance.

• Develop reusable frameworks, libraries, and templates.

• Support API integrations and enterprise data transfer processes.

• Deliver data visualization and analytical solutions.

• Ensure compliance with SOPs, GCP, and enterprise standards.
