Graduate with 3-7+ year of Finance Payroll with general bookkeeping & reporting experience


SKILLS

 Language requirement – English

 Strong analytical skills, Communication

 Strong treasury background and ability to sort, check, count and verify numbers

 Result orientation

 End to End Knowledge in general accounting process

 Good domain expertise

 Able and willing to work cooperatively with other team members

 Maintaining confidentiality of work-related information and materials

 Good Knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint


RESPONSIBILITIES

 Payroll processing - Direct staff , Indirect staff , reconciliations, leave requests compilation, SG & A tracker update , payroll journals, leave salary entries , air ticket entries , staff loan/advance entries , SLPL & Management salary entries. Payroll phasing, Payroll Tax calculation, Payroll tax integration journal, Detailed working for Payroll for Direct and Indirect, Payroll advance updation, Payroll reconciliations, Payroll accounting etc.

 Journal Entry Preparation, Posting and analyzing , Reconciliations

 Accrual creation, posting etc.

 Communication with internal & external customers for inquiry

 Month end close related activities

 Process Improvement and transformation

 SLA/KPI Tracking and reporting



PAN and DOB are required for profile creation
