JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant to provide business and functional expertise in SAP Finance modules, particularly for ECC migration and conversion from legacy SAP systems to SAP S/4HANA.

The consultant will be responsible for developing detailed blueprints, analyzing business process gaps, configuring SAP systems, and leading testing and defect resolution during S/4HANA conversion projects.

IMPORTANT ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's/College Degree required.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in SAP ERP as a Finance Functional Consultant.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) business processes.
• Ability to demonstrate dependencies and integration with other SAP modules, such as FI and CO.
• Experience in SAP Finance and ECC migration/conversion to SAP S/4HANA.
• Ability to provide technology consulting expertise and drive workshops and training sessions.
• ECC practitioners may be considered and provided with upskilling training for S/4HANA implementations.
• Must be willing to travel for possible onshore requirements.
• Must currently be located in the Philippines and have the legal right to live and work in the Philippines.
• Must be willing to work in a hybrid setup with a shifting/night shift schedule in Manila.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide business and functional support for SAP Finance modules during ECC migration and S/4HANA conversion projects.
• Assess business process and configuration gaps between existing SAP systems and SAP S/4HANA.
• Provide alternatives and recommendations for delta design.
• Develop functional and technical specifications for S/4HANA conversion requirements.
• Execute SAP system configuration required for S/4HANA conversion.
• Lead testing activities and defect resolution during S/4HANA conversions.
• Create detailed blueprints for S/4HANA development requirements.
• Provide technology consulting expertise to support client requirements.
• Drive workshops and training sessions with clients and project teams.
• Collaborate with other SAP functional teams to ensure proper module integration.
