The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced FP&A Senior Lead to drive strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, business partnering and team leadership within a global finance environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end FP&A service delivery, including budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.

• Own SLA/KPI management and standardise financial reporting across business units.

• Lead, mentor and develop FP&A teams, including capacity planning and performance management.

• Partner with C-suite, Managing Directors and business leaders on strategic financial decisions.

• Prepare annual budgets, 3–5 year strategic plans and rolling forecasts.

• Build and analyse integrated P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow models.

• Provide financial insights on profitability, pricing, CapEx, investments and business expansion.

• Lead Oracle ERP/EPM governance and system-modernisation initiatives.

• Work with IT on automation and executive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau or Oracle Analytics.

What We’re Looking For

• 9–15 years of progressive FP&A/corporate finance experience.

• At least 3–4 years of people management or regional delivery experience.

• Advanced expertise in Oracle ERP and Oracle EPM is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of Hyperion Essbase, Oracle EPM Cloud and Smart View.

• Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and reporting.

• Strong SLA, service delivery and stakeholder management experience.

• Experience in shared services or multinational corporate environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.

• MBA, CFA, CPA/CMA or CA is an advantage.

• Excellent executive communication, analytical and business-partnering skills.
