The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Digital Ad Campaign Manager with hands-on experience in programmatic advertising, geofencing, and location-based campaigns. You’ll manage campaigns end-to-end—from setup and trafficking to optimisation, troubleshooting, reporting, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise programmatic, geofencing and location-based campaigns.

• Build polygon, radius, address-based, competitor, event and hyperlocal targeting strategies.

• Manage audiences, budgets, pacing, frequency caps and campaign settings across DSPs.

• Traffic and QA display, mobile, video, native and CTV/OTT campaigns.

• Monitor delivery, CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA, conversions, ROAS, footfall and store visits.

• Troubleshoot pacing, geo leakage, creative, tagging and attribution issues.

• Optimise bids, budgets, audiences, creatives, geographies and inventory to improve ROI.

• Prepare campaign reports and translate performance data into actionable insights.

• Collaborate with account, sales, creative, vendor and client teams.

• Ensure compliance with privacy, consent, brand-safety and platform requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in digital advertising, programmatic media buying or performance marketing.

• Hands-on experience with geofencing, location targeting, mobile advertising, retargeting and programmatic campaigns.

• Experience managing multiple campaigns, advertisers, geographies, budgets and KPIs.

• Experience with DSPs/geofencing platforms such as Simpli.fi, GroundTruth, StackAdapt, Basis, The Trade Desk, DV360, or similar.

• Strong knowledge of programmatic, audience segmentation, CTV/OTT, attribution and conversion tracking.

• Proficiency in Excel and campaign reporting/analytics dashboards.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, ad servers, pixels, UTM tracking and third-party attribution tools.

• Strong analytical, communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, Communications, Business or a related field.
