The Opportunity

Take the lead in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, business intelligence, and FP&A service delivery while partnering with senior stakeholders to turn complex financial data into actionable business insights.

We’re looking for an experienced FP&A professional with strong leadership, stakeholder management, and financial modelling skills who can drive team performance and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Lead FP&A delivery, including budgeting, forecasting and strategic financial planning.

• Manage and develop a team of financial analysts, ensuring SLA and KPI achievement.

• Drive annual budgets, rolling forecasts and long-range financial plans.

• Analyse financial performance, trends and variances to support business decisions.

• Translate complex financial models into clear insights and recommendations for senior leadership.

• Manage stakeholder and customer relationships, including senior business leaders.

• Establish and monitor FP&A KPIs, SLAs and service delivery metrics.

• Support financial reporting, business intelligence and ad-hoc analysis.

• Drive process improvements, automation and finance transformation initiatives.

• Leverage Oracle ERP/EPM, Hyperion, Power BI and advanced Excel to improve reporting and planning capabilities.

What We’re Looking For

• 7–10 years of relevant Finance/FP&A experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.

• Strong hands-on experience in FP&A, budgeting and forecasting.

• Proven people management and team leadership experience.

• Strong stakeholder, customer and SLA management skills.

• Experience with Oracle ERP, Hyperion/Oracle EPM, Power BI and Advanced Excel.

• Strong financial modelling, analytical and presentation skills.

• Excellent communication and business partnering capabilities.

• CPA, CFA or MBA is an advantage.
