Job Description  

Serve as the principal SME for Financial Master Data Management. Own data governance, system integrity, and the architecture of financial hierarchies, COA, and Vendor/Supplier Master profiles across Oracle ERP. Act as the bridge between Corporate Finance, Procurement, Global IT, and Internal Controls to drive automation and eliminate roadblocks.

Key Responsibilities  

- Govern Chart of Accounts [COA], Business Unit/Department structures, and global Supplier/Vendor Master  

- Lead master data governance, SoD policies, and SOX internal controls  

- Own configurations, mass updates, and system data mapping using FBDI, WebADI, or ADFDI  

- Define and map BUs, Legal Entities, Cost Centers, and Department hierarchies for segment reporting  

- Manage internal audits, compliance, quality audits, and SLA adherence  

- Drive Oracle ERP enhancements and system optimization  

*Required Qualifications

Experience:4 to 8 years, with 4+ years in Financial MDM or related domain  

- Education: 10+2+3 [15 years regular full-time education]. Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field. CPA/CFA/MBA is an advantage  

- Must-Have Skills: MDM, Oracle ERP, COA & Hierarchy, Vendor & Customer Master, SoD & SOX Controls, Team & SLA Management, Advanced Excel, Internal Controls & Audits, Stakeholder Management  

Good-to-Have:FBDI/WebADI/ADFDI, Mass Data Mapping, ERP Enhancement, Multi-entity Vendor Workflows
