Job Description :

We are hiring an experienced Finance & Accounting Team Leader to lead a high-performing team supporting finance operations with a focus on Equities Market, Company Financials, and Analyst/Broker Estimates. The ideal candidate will have strong people management skills, experience handling client SLAs, and the ability to drive operational excellence and continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 15–20 Finance & Accounting professionals.

• Monitor productivity, quality, and client-defined SLAs.

• Review team performance and ensure operational targets are consistently achieved.

• Analyze work volumes and allocate resources effectively.

• Drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.

• Prepare productivity reports, MIS, and performance dashboards.

• Conduct coaching, mentoring, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.

• Identify training needs and support team development.

• Participate in client meetings, operational reviews, and stakeholder discussions.

• Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment.

Required Qualifications

• B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, ICWA, CA, or equivalent qualification.

• 1–3 years of experience as a Finance & Accounting Team Leader.

• Strong knowledge of Equities Market, Company Financials, Analyst Reports, and Broker Estimates.

• Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, productivity, and quality metrics.

• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

• Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

• Locations: Kolkata / Thane

• Minimum 1–3 years of Team Leader experience in Finance & Accounting.

• Knowledge of Equities Market and Company Financials is mandatory.

• Ex-TCS employees are not eligible.
