Salary: Up to ₹12 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop eCRF screens using Veeva Studio.

• Configure SDV/SDR, Safety, and Coding in Veeva CDMS.

• Review study protocols and create eCRF specifications.

• Program and validate edit checks, protocol deviation checks, and email checks.

• Perform unit testing and support UAT activities.

• Manage post go-live change requests and impact analysis.

• Review and maintain study documents in the eTMF system.

• Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and project requirements.

• Collaborate with Data Managers and study teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation is mandatory (Bachelor's degree in a Scientific/Technical discipline preferred).

• Experience in Veeva Studio and Veeva CDMS is required.

• Strong knowledge of eCRF design, database programming, validation, and Clinical Data Management.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Candidates must currently be based in Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, or Hyderabad. CVs from other locations will not be considered.

• International BPO experience is mandatory. Candidates without international BPO experience will not be considered.

• Former TCS employees are not eligible to apply.
