Job Summary

We are hiring a Quality Check & MIS professional with strong Finance & Accounting experience across AP, AR, GL, PTP, OTC, RTR, Payroll, Project Costing, Treasury, Tax and FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks and reviews for F&A processes.

• Support AP, RTR and PTP teams during month-end and quarter-end close.

• Conduct compliance verification, approvals and internal quality reviews.

• Review SOX reporting and support statutory/internal audits and GFC compliance.

• Conduct periodic training on accounting policies, procedures and customer-specific changes.

• Manage client calls regarding SLA/KPI compliance and process improvement.

• Drive transformation and continuous process improvement initiatives.

• Handle QC, audit activities and MIS reporting.

• Prepare SLA/KPI reports and governance decks.

• Manage internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5–10 years of relevant Finance & Accounting experience.

• Strong analytical and strategic-thinking skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.

• Good understanding of ERP systems.

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.

• Result-oriented approach.

• Experience working with global stakeholders and tight turnaround deadlines.

Education

Finance Professional / Graduate with relevant F&A experience.
