Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer queries through voice and chat support.

• Deliver first-call resolution while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

• Provide technical support and assist customers with issue resolution.

• Accurately document customer interactions and update CRM systems.

• Diagnose customer issues through effective questioning and troubleshooting.

• Utilize product knowledge and reference materials to resolve customer concerns.

• Meet operational KPIs while adhering to company processes and quality standards.

• Maintain professionalism and empathy during customer interactions.

Eligibility:

• Graduate from a recognized university (Mandatory). Undergraduates with at least 18 months of relevant international voice experience may also be considered, subject to eligibility.

• International Voice Process experience is mandatory.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• English proficiency of B2 or above (C1 preferred).

• Strong customer handling, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• Ability to troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely resolutions.

• Immediate joiners only (Notice Period: 0 days).

• Graduation is compulsory.
