Education:

• M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA, ICWA, or Engineering

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Mandatory)

• Black Belt, Master Black Belt, PMP, Agile, QMS, or Digital certifications are an added advantage

Must-Have Skills:

• 10+ years of overall experience in Business Excellence, Delivery Excellence, or Transformation

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Lean Six Sigma or Transformation professional in FAO processes

• Hands-on experience in Lean Six Sigma, Process Improvement, and Quality Management Systems (iQMS)

• Strong client and stakeholder management skills

• Expertise in business process improvement and operational excellence

• Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Automation & Digital Transformation

• Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML)

• ISO, CMMI, Agile, PMP, Black Belt, or Master Black Belt certifications

• Program Management and Innovation initiatives

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive Delivery Excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across client accounts.

• Lead Lean Six Sigma projects to improve productivity and deliver measurable business value.

• Deploy and sustain Quality Management Systems (iQMS), ISO, and CMMI practices.

• Conduct workshops and mentor teams on Lean Six Sigma, Quality, and Digital Transformation.

• Drive automation and innovation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

• Identify and mitigate process risks using proactive quality frameworks.

• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to implement Delivery Excellence programs.

• Develop continuous improvement roadmaps and promote a data-driven culture.

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and presentation abilities.

• Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to driving transformation.

• Willing to work in rotational shifts and travel as per business requirements.

Important Information:

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is Mandatory

• Minimum 4 years of FAO Transformation/Lean Six Sigma experience is Mandatory

• Willing to work in all shifts
