Role Overview

TCS is looking for a Campaign Scheduling Specialist – Broadcast & Media Operations to manage the execution and delivery of advertising campaigns across Linear TV and Radio platforms. The role involves campaign scheduling, traffic coordination, asset management, quality assurance, inventory optimization, reporting, and compliance while ensuring seamless campaign delivery and maximum client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end campaign scheduling across Linear TV and Radio platforms.

• Coordinate creative asset trafficking and ensure timely delivery.

• Verify advertising assets meet technical and broadcast specifications.

• Build and optimize advertising schedules based on inventory availability and campaign objectives.

• Resolve scheduling conflicts and accommodate last-minute changes.

• Ensure advertisements comply with regulatory and broadcast guidelines.

• Perform quality assurance checks to prevent scheduling errors and duplication.

• Generate campaign performance reports and delivery insights.

• Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimization opportunities.

• Collaborate with Sales, Creative, Broadcast Operations, and Client teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Media, Broadcasting, Advertising, Communications, or related field.

• 2–8 years of experience in Campaign Scheduling, Traffic Coordination, or Broadcast Operations.

• Linear TV / Radio Campaign Management.
