Associate – Sourcing & Procurement

Education

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3)

• Good understanding of Sourcing & Procurement
• Procurement experience
• Experience dealing with domestic & international suppliers/customers
• PO Management, Invoice Processing & Data Management
• Knowledge of MS Office
• ERP exposure — Oracle & Coupa; SAP preferred
• Excellent spoken & written communication
• Collaboration & influencing skills
• Analytical and result-oriented approach
• Strong team-player mindset

Key Responsibilities

• Verify purchase requisitions & master data requests
• Prepare, issue, amend and follow up on Purchase Orders
• Maintain Vendor / Customer / Pricing master data in ERP
• Resolve queries from requesters, suppliers and stakeholders
• Coordinate with Buyers and support vendors on account, payment and delivery queries
• Follow up on PO acknowledgements and pending deliveries
• Escalate PO delays or delivery issues when required
• Support resolution of receiving issues
• Perform vendor invoice verification, processing & tracking
• Follow up on purchase requisition approvals
• Ensure policy and procedure compliance
• Prepare reports and escalate issues appropriately
• Maintain quality, accuracy and TAT as per SLA
