Role Overview:

We are seeking a Workday Payroll Specialist to provide subject matter expertise on Payroll Workday and other Workday modules. You will support the software development lifecycle, deploy and configure business applications, and integrate vendor-sourced enterprise software with internal systems.


Key Responsibilities:


Provide subject matter expertise on Payroll Workday or Workday Modules (Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Integration, Security, Data Conversion).


Support the software development lifecycle for software solutions.


Deploy, configure, and support business applications.


Configure, customize, and integrate vendor-sourced enterprise software with internal systems like SAP.


Update existing code to debug or incorporate minor enhancements.


Qualifications:


Bachelor's Degree – required.


5+ years relevant experience using Workday – required.


Skilled in Workday related areas: Advanced Custom Reports, EIB, Core Connectors, PICOF/PECI, Workday Studio, Workday Web Services.


Experience/knowledge in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery Suite, system administration, portal configuration, and integrations.


Skilled in Workday modules: Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, Integration, Security, and Data Conversion.


Working knowledge of software engineering principles.


Experience in Agile SAFe, Kanban, and Scrum methodologies.


Knowledge of scripting languages and low-code development platforms.
