About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Workday Payroll Consultant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will provide technical expertise in Workday Payroll solutions, system configuration, integrations, and application support.

You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to enhance Workday solutions, troubleshoot issues, and support the delivery of high-quality HR technology services.

Key Responsibilities

Provide functional and technical expertise in Workday Payroll and related Workday modules such as:

-Core HCM

-Benefits

-Compensation

-Talent Management

-Absence Management

-Time Tracking

-Security & Data Conversion

-Workday Integrations

Support the full software development lifecycle including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.

Configure, customize, and integrate Workday solutions with enterprise systems such as SAP and other internal applications.

Develop and maintain integrations using Workday tools including:

-Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)

-Core Connectors

-Workday Studio

-Workday Web Services

-PICOF / PECI​

Troubleshoot system issues, perform enhancements, and support continuous improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in any field

Strong experience with Workday Payroll or Workday HR modules

Hands-on experience in Workday configuration, integrations, reporting, or data conversion

Experience with HR technology platforms such as ServiceNow HR Service Delivery is an advantage

Preferred Experience

⭐ Experience working with Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)

⭐ Knowledge of software engineering principles

⭐ Experience with low-code development and workflow automation

⭐ Ability to analyze complex issues and deliver practical solutions
