Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Workday Payroll Consultant to support and enhance Workday Payroll and related Workday modules. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Workday configuration, integrations, reporting, and enterprise application support. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement, customize, and maintain Workday solutions while ensuring seamless payroll operations and system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise in Workday Payroll and related Workday modules.

• Configure, customize, and support Workday applications based on business requirements.

• Develop and maintain Workday integrations and reports.

• Support the software development lifecycle for enterprise applications.

• Configure and integrate Workday with internal systems such as SAP and other enterprise platforms.

• Perform system enhancements, troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement effective solutions.

• Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance with organizational standards.

• Participate in Agile development processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant Workday experience.

• Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll.

• Strong knowledge of one or more Workday modules:

• Experience with Workday technologies such as:

  • Advanced Custom Reports

  • Workday Web Services

• Experience with Workday integrations and enterprise application support.

• Understanding of software engineering principles.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery.

• Knowledge of REST/SOAP Web Services.

• Experience with SQL, Java, Python, C#, Node.js, Angular, Azure, or related technologies.

• Experience integrating Workday with SAP or other enterprise systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must not be a current or former employee of Wipro.

• Should have a stable employment history (not a frequent job hopper).

• Must be willing to work a hybrid setup in Quezon City.

• Must be willing to work night shifts.
