Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer with strong expertise in Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) to provide application and system support for critical business systems. The role involves troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis, collaborating with multiple teams, and ensuring smooth system operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide application and system support for critical business systems.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across multiple system components.

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and collaborate with teams to ensure effective service delivery.

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement appropriate solutions.

• Analyze system logs, performance metrics, and other technical information.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system-related challenges.

• Contribute to key technical and team decisions.

• Provide solutions to issues affecting the immediate team and multiple teams.

• Ensure the smooth functioning and availability of critical business systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).

• Expert proficiency in Google Kubernetes Engine.

• Strong understanding of application support principles and best practices.

• Experience with DevOps practices and tools.

• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and technologies.

• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Experience analyzing system logs and performance metrics.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.

• Willingness to work onsite in Manila/Taguig on a shifting schedule.
