We're Hiring: WFM Software Administrator I (NCLH Account)

Location: Mall of Asia (MOA), Pasay City
Work Setup: 100% Onsite
Schedule: Shifting Schedule

What You'll Do

• Join our dynamic Workforce Management (WFM) team and play a key role in ensuring smooth contact center operations. Your responsibilities will include:
  Manage and support daily Workforce Management (WFM) operations.
  Assist in workforce planning, staffing, scheduling, forecasting, and real-time adherence.
  Administer and maintain WFM systems and operational tools.
  Generate, analyze, and present workforce reports to support business decisions.
  Monitor operational performance and recommend process improvements.
  Support quality initiatives and system implementations.
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workforce efficiency.
  Assist with training and onboarding initiatives when needed.
  Support multiple contact center operations as required.
  Share best practices and contribute to continuous process improvement.
  Provide guidance to junior team members when necessary.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  At least 1–2 years of experience in Workforce Management (WFM), Workforce Planning, Scheduling, Forecasting, or Contact Center Operations.
  Hands-on experience with staffing, scheduling, forecasting, and workforce planning.
  Knowledge of WFM tools and contact center support systems.
  Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and workforce reporting.
  Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  Experience in a BPO or Contact Center environment is highly preferred.
  Leadership or team coordination experience is an advantage.
