Role Overview:
Join our Financial Account as a Spanish Bilingual Support Specialist! You will assist Spanish-speaking clients with financial inquiries, account concerns, and transaction support in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle financial inquiries from Spanish-speaking clients.

• Resolve account and transaction concerns.

• Provide exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish.

• Document interactions accurately in the system.

• Meet performance metrics and quality standards.

• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.

Qualifications:

• Completed 2nd Year College and above – required.

• 6 months – 1 year BPO experience – required (financial experience preferred).

• Fluent in Spanish (Bilingual Account) – required.

• Willing to work onsite at MOA, Pasay.

• Amenable to shifting schedules.

• Can start ASAP.
