HIRING: OT SECURITY SPECIALIST / TEAM LEAD

Location: Cubao

Work Setup: Hybrid

Schedule: Shifting

Salary: ₱65K–₱200K

Qualifications:
• 3–5 years hands-on Operational Technology (OT) Security experience

• Strong knowledge of OT security frameworks, standards, and compliance

• Experience securing ICS and OT environments

• Skilled in OT risk assessment and mitigation

• Familiarity with OT security monitoring and incident response

• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Willing to work shifting schedules

Responsibilities:
• Lead OT security operations and team execution

• Act as an OT Security SME

• Manage security risks and challenges across OT environments

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

• Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement

• Ensure service delivery meets client and industry security standards
