What You'll Do

As a Multilingual Service Desk Analyst, you'll serve as the first point of contact for users, providing technical support and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Your responsibilities include:

• Provide technical assistance via phone, email, and ticketing systems in a professional and timely manner.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, account access, and application-related issues.

• Deliver outstanding customer service while meeting service level agreements (SLAs).

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using established procedures and support tools.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams when necessary.

• Accurately document incidents, requests, and resolutions in the ticketing system.

• Stay updated on products, systems, policies, and operational procedures.

• Collaborate with global teams and local management to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Support service requests, work orders, and other tasks assigned by the Service Desk Management team.

• Maintain high productivity, quality standards, and adherence to scheduled shifts.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and French (spoken and written).

• Good English communication skills.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Willing to work 100% onsite in Taguig City.

• Willing to work rotating or shifting schedules.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Technical Support, Help Desk, IT Support, or Service Desk is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with troubleshooting Windows, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, VPN, password resets, email support, or other enterprise IT tools is an advantage.

• Fresh graduates or candidates with strong technical aptitude and multilingual skills are encouraged to apply.
