Key Responsibilities

Design and develop engaging e-learning modules and training videos.

Create storyboards and manage end-to-end content development.

Develop interactive learning experiences using Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.

Partner with subject matter experts to create impactful training content.

Evaluate and continuously improve training effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

At least 1–2 years of experience as a Training Content Designer or Instructional Designer.

Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline (complex builds).

Strong experience with Articulate Rise.

Experience developing e-learning modules and training videos from start to finish.

Background in Instructional Design, Content Writing, and Graphic Design.

Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.

Knowledge of Synthesia or similar AI tools is an advantage.

Portfolio is required. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
