• Handle client requests via phone, email & digital channels
• Support wealth/banking transactions, transfers, overdrafts & wire requests
• Resolve complex service needs within compliance and SLA standards
• Build strong relationships with Wealth Advisors and internal teams
• Maintain accurate CRM/Salesforce records
• Meet quality, productivity & service targets

What We’re Looking For

• Associate degree or higher in Business, Finance, Accounting or Banking
• 1+ year banking, financial services or wealth management experience
• Retail banking or Salesforce/wealth platform exposure is a plus
• Strong communication, organization & problem-solving skills
• Comfortable learning new technology and working shifting schedules

Open to candidates currently in the Philippines with valid work authorization.
