What We’re Looking For

• 2nd year college and above
• At least 1 year recent B2B Collections experience in a BPO
• At least 1 year recent OTC (Order-to-Cash) experience
• At least 1 year recent Accounts Receivable (A/R) experience
• B2B Collections + OTC + A/R experience must be recent 2026 BPO experience
• No employment gaps
• No AWOL history
• At least 12 months tenure with previous employers
• Must be eligible for the ₱60K Sign-On Bonus
• Current/former EXL employees are not eligible

 Important: Recent B2B Collections, OTC, and A/R experience in a BPO environment is required.
