You will be the first point of contact for our international clients, resolving technical issues with speed, accuracy, and world-class customer service. This is your chance to work in a global environment with an open budget for the right candidate!


 Key Responsibilities

Incident Resolution: Receive and respond to user inquiries via telephone, email, and case tracking systems with professionalism, speed, and accuracy.


Customer Service: Utilize excellent problem-solving and customer service skills to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.


Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using agreed-upon procedures and tools.


Continuous Learning: Stay updated on products, policies, and operational procedures to maintain mastery of all support tools.


Collaboration: Partner with local management, colleagues, and clients at all levels to ensure timely resolution of requests.


Escalation Management: Follow agreed escalation procedures for complex issues.


Operations: Adhere to scheduled shifts, breaks, and rest days as assigned by the Service Desk management team.


Additional Support: Assist the Service Desk Specialist with non-complex work orders and service requests as needed.

 Minimum Qualifications

​
Language Proficiency: Must be able to speak, read, and write in Dutch and French (in addition to English).


Experience: With or without Service Desk experience—we are open to candidates with strong language skills! However, candidates with technical support or service desk experience are highly preferred.


Work Setup: Willing to work 100% onsite in Taguig.


Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.


Visa: PRV/TRV holders are preferred, but the client can process working visas for exceptional candidates.
