About the Role

We are looking for experienced Wealth & Banking Service Quality Senior Analysts / Quality Auditing Senior Analysts to join our team in Taguig.

This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in wealth management, banking, investments, financial planning, or financial analysis, combined with experience in quality control, auditing, supervision, or subject matter expertise.

You will support Wealth clients and advisors while serving as a key quality and knowledge resource for the team. The role involves handling complex client needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, supporting teammate development, and helping maintain high standards of service, accuracy, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide primary service and problem-resolution support to Wealth clients and advisors through phone and electronic service channels.

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on banking products, processes, and programs.

• Stay updated on product, process, system, and regulatory changes.

• Identify specialized solutions and proactively address potential issues for clients with complex financial needs.

• Ensure all activities comply with operational manuals, audit requirements, and applicable regulatory frameworks.

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with Wealth Advisors and internal business partners.

• Manage complex service issues and day-to-day transactional needs for assigned Wealth clients accurately and efficiently.

• Facilitate wire agreements and process time-sensitive wire requests with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Analyze data, reports, and client interactions to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.

• Develop, lead, and execute projects designed to enhance processes, products, services, policies, procedures, and the overall Wealth client experience.

• Support teammate development through interactive training, coaching, resource sharing, and floor support.

• Document client interactions and resolutions accurately in CRM/Salesforce.

• Consistently meet and exceed quality, productivity, behavioral, and service-level performance standards.

• Provide guidance and support on quality-related concerns and help identify opportunities to improve team performance.

• Work a flexible schedule based on business requirements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Wealth Management or related financial services, such as:

  • Relationship Management in banking

  • Private Banking

  • Investment

  • Financial Planning

  • Financial Analysis

  • Portfolio Management

  • Investment Consulting

• Quality Control (QC) experience is required.

• Supervisory experience is required.

• Candidates with strong Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience may also be considered.

• Experience coaching or helping teammates improve their performance is required and will be validated during the skills interview.

• Quality Assurance (QA) experience is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of banking, wealth management, financial products, and client service processes.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to handle complex financial-service concerns with accuracy and professionalism.

• Strong attention to detail and understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.

• Experience with CRM/Salesforce is an advantage.

• Must be currently in the Philippines and have the legal right to live and work in the country.

• Willing to work onsite in Taguig on a night shift schedule.
