Shift: Night Shift

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience
• Enterprise technical support experience
• Experience with ServiceNow is a plus
• Experience with Wealth/Brokerage applications is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Must be currently in the Philippines and authorized to work in the country

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage ServiceNow incidents, requests, and tasks
• Troubleshoot technical issues involving devices, systems, networks, and applications
• Provide remote technical support and guidance to users
• Document and update tickets accurately in ServiceNow
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
• Support projects, documentation, and technical playbooks
• Mentor teammates and serve as an escalation point
